Add option for custom Docker TLS config

Added TLS config to client options for configuring more advanced TLS options such as GetClientCertificate, ServerName etc.

$ git clone -b "master" [email protected]:beornf/libcompose.git somewhere
$ cd somewhere
$ git commit --amend -s --no-edit
$ git push -f

Amending updates the existing PR. You DO NOT need to open a new one.
