Old deactivated account still exists somehow, can't create new account with the same name

Hi,

I encounter an issue with the Docker Hub. I deactivated an account quite some time ago, and I would like to re-open an account with thee the same name now.

However, I get an error when creating the account with the same name: "Username already exists".

When I search in the Hub I can see old images under the old name, but when you click on it, it says "Not Found".

I would like to use this name again as it's the name of my organization: bitswired.

Is it possible? Thank you!
