Consider making a single binary

@crosbymichael and I talked about making "releases" of gordon in the form of binary downloads on GitHub to make it easier for people to try it out.

Would it make it easier both to create and consume these releases effectively if we made a top-level gordon command and had pulls and issues become subcommands of that?

ie, gordon pulls, gordon pulls reviewers 1234, gordon issues
