  1. 23.0.7 - 23.0.13 are missing at https://docs.docker.com/engine/release-notes/23.0/
  2. 26.1.5 is missing at https://docs.docker.com/engine/release-notes/26.1/
  3. 25.0.6 is missing at https://docs.docker.com/engine/release-notes/25.0/
  4. 23.0.7-23.0.13 are missing at https://docs.docker.com/engine/release-notes/23.0/
  5. 20.10.25-20.10.27 are missing at https://docs.docker.com/engine/release-notes/20.10/
  6. 18.06.3 is missing at https://docs.docker.com/engine/release-notes/18.06/

There might be older releases missing, but they're all EOL so I didn't check

There hasn't been any activity on this issue for a long time. If the problem is still relevant, mark the issue as fresh with a /remove-lifecycle stale comment. If not, this issue will be closed in 14 days. This helps our maintainers focus on the active issues.

It's not just the documentation that's missing, but the packages too. For instance, the latest available version of docker packages for Ubuntu Focal [1] are 20.10.24 too, so it seems that all activities related to those versions have been missed for some reason. // NOTE: That's likely the reason that none of the official Linux repositories have been populated with these versions either..
