Docker compose extra_hosts

Hey,

Is features file up to date? Are extra_hosts not supported? I saw some references to ExtraHosts in the code but couldn't understand what's actually happening there.

Is my only choice to do that to write some overlay code that will add extraHosts property to the task definition in ECS?
