Fix small misalignments, spelling, and grammar

In the inherited view files there are a number of visual misalignment, misspellings and grammar bugs. We should fix those as we see or scan for them.

show.slang has been adjusted to a good degree. Other pages remain.

admin/users and admin/acls pages remain to be converted to Bootstrap 4

[docelic]

Login and register pages should be updated too.

Also icon for menu on small screen is there, but not showing when small screen is detected
