No support for current exports that have "UTC+(time)" in the dates of messages

Exports don't currently work due to the trailing UTC+ time addition in the message HTML.

Hey there, I was going through my inbox and saw this so I wanted to acknowledge it.

Unfortunately, I don't have any plans to work on this project again in the near future, mainly because I don't have enough hours in the day.

That said, I'm gonna leave this open--if a bunch of upvotes for your report start coming in, then that will naturally bump up the priority!
