error from texttospeech (speak) not working

I am facing a problem on some Android devices that the package does not work. For example, it is read Turkish words in English, and French as English as well. Or it is not read at all in the Arabic language, Knowing that Android versions for devices are the latest versions! Sometimes it prints this error: "error from texttospeech (speak) not working" Thank you.

Version: ^4.0.2 or old ext.kotlin_version = '1.9.0' or '2.0.0'

Did you set the language correctly? I found out that sometimes the language is not downloaded on demand as it is supposed..
