DJI Power API request

Open thematrixdev opened this issue 3 months ago • 5 comments

Hello there,

I have just purchased DJI Power 1000 V2, for use as an UPS at home. I would like to request API access to read power %.

I believe this is not the correct respository to raise the issue. But I cannot find DJI Home application repository.

Thank you very much.

I completely agree. I've already searched everything at DJI and via AI and haven't found anything that helps me here.

I heard from YouTubers that there are some developments planned for this year, but unfortunately nothing concrete. At a minimum, I need the SoC of the Powerstation via an API or, even better, via MQTT. Ideally, all functions available in Home app should be viewable and controllable via an API and/or MQTT.

Ideally, this interface would be available on your own network and not via the cloud.

For me, I would like to integrate with Home Assistant, so I can shut down the computers when DJI Power is low battery.

This is one of the use cases. I use my DJI Power 2000 as a UPS and would also like to be able to respond to the SoC.

Another use case is synchronization with my PV system, which already includes a battery. I would like to use the power station as additional battery storage, but at the moment it only charges the PV system's battery, which is not useful.
