Don't embed message URLs in Discord "replies"

Discord Canary has a new feature that lets you reply to a message. In Stable (and I assume to bots) It's displayed as "Replying to \n ...message". Modix should not reply with the message content embed to these. Discord will render them inline when the feature moves to stable.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure this was promptly removed also. At least, I can't seem to quote the same way as before on Canary,

Nevermind, it looks like it's in A/B testing. The Discord inline quote only functions if you reply in a specific way.

It would be wise to see if the message matches this format in MessageLinkBehavior. If so, don't quote.
