Impossible to apply Separators styles and strange separator icon
Hi,
i'm verry happy with fancygit but i want to customise it but i can't apply a new style, when i do i have strange icons instead of new design. I use terminator but the problem is the same with classic terminal.
Thank's for your help
Best regards
Hi, @Wilfred35
Thank you for the issue.
Could you attach a screenshot of the terminal configured font, please?
It seems you're facing that problem because of the font. I've just tested it here.
The source code font won't work

Try to change the config font to...

This one must work as you expect it to

I hope this solves that problem.
Please, let me know if it works for you.
Hi @diogocavilha,
Thank you for your answer, i try to modify the font in my terminal settings but the problem it's the same.
Hi, @Wilfred35
Oh! That's weird, please, let me see how the terminal font is configured so.
Hi @diogocavilha
A screen of my settings :
Having the same issue as @Wilfred35 here. For some reason on my Ubuntu 20.04 machine doesn't detect "complete" fonts, not even the ones listed in the README file
Sauce-Code-Pro-Nerd-Font-Complete-Windows-Compatible.ttf.
DejaVu-Sans-Mono-Nerd-Font-Complete.ttf.
DejaVu-Sans-Mono-Nerd-Font-Complete-Mono.ttf.
JetBrains-Mono-Regular-Nerd-Font-Complete-Mono.ttf.
JetBrains-Mono-Medium-Nerd-Font-Complete-Mono.ttf.
For example the only JetBrains fonts seen are these

Although in my case at least, the issue seems to be a general Ubuntu issue at detecting complete fonts, independently of the terminal used.
@Wilfred35, @mattborghi
Howdy!
Are you both still facing the same problem after last Facygit release?
Had the same problem using Terminator - separators wouldn't display correctly event though I selected the correct font to be used. The confusing terminator preferences or my dumb self is to blame here - the font under "Global" tab is for the title bar only. The font for the terminal content must be chosen in the "Profiles" tab
