Is there a command I could do in F12 to manually add a user to my circle?

You can get your circle id and then call api to add user to it. Requires decent javascript knowledge tho

Good to know, thank you. I don't have that knowledge (not even sure where to get circle id from) so I'd struggle to do so without a guide or at least some pointers, like where to learn more.
