Other user page is not loading

Tweets with replies page for some users stops loading after a few scrolls. No limit warning. Same user pages would load fine on X with Oldtwitter turned off.

Appears on latest Chrome and Edge.

I am not able to load anything excluding the homepage the search results with Old Twitter Layout currently.

Any userpage/tweet/etc are now saying "OverCapacity: Unspecified" for me and I don't know how to fix this.
