Content-Type inconsistencies

Some responses are coming back from the server with:

Content-Type: application/vnd.api+json; charset=utf-8

Others just:

Content-Type: application/vnd.api+json

I have posted on their official forums. Adding this link so I can go back to it later and check for answers.

Update: Still no responses on their official forums. Not exactly sure what we can do about this?

we can probably do some experimentation at some point to try and work out what's going on. We can probably just close it for now and reopen later if we get time or it becomes an urgent problem for any reason.
