Add HTML preview for client bill

Features is already developed but is hidden. It was intended for dev/debug, but some users find it useful to quickly preview their bill. So we need to add button for that alongside the PDF preview button.

Sure. The bill form template is in template/billing/bill_form.html. A button is missing to display HTML preview of a bill. On the PDF is available. Did you managed to setup a proper dev environnement and run pydici on your computer ?

Not considered very useful. Closing. Those who wants to use it can tweak the url by changing pdf by html.
