Just tried cargo install and the issue is the same. Same in my case, I'm using stock terminal without changing any settings, just new macbook M4 pro.. Really strange

qsv gives me same issue FYI the same problem happens on my M1 macbook pro with older OS version (before Sequoia)

Just tried creating new user, the issue is still there.
