can not play any music

can not play any music in my computer,and I have no idea what wrong.It's just stuck like this

my system info is as follows. 版本 Windows 11 专业版 版本 23H2 安装日期 ‎2023/‎3/‎15 操作系统版本 22631.3447 体验 Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22688.1000.0

I have tried reinstalling multiple versions, but the problem persists.

oh,I may find what's wrong.It seems not to support music in .m4a format yet. but I remenber the dopamine 2.0version does support .m4a format.
