better explain on lud06/lud16

@RongxinZhang unfortunately, we might have to keep both for a little while. this is some history burden, at first most people use address with lud06 address which is a one-time address, and then some use lud16 which is a fixed address that can be used multiple times. so for the Forwards Compatibility, the input needs to be stayed.

however i do believe that we do need better UX for this, like explain the difference or make the lud16(the recommand one) more obvious for newbies
