Copying folders with subfolders results in "ungültige operation"

I can't copy folders the contain subfolders within drive C (GEMDRIVE).

When I create a folder C:\TEST and in this folder another folder TEST1 then I cant copy TEST1 to C:\

It is also impossible to delete C:\TEST or the folder TEST1 in C:\TEST
