[Feature]: Make first line more summary like

Description

When single-line is off, it produces a multi-line commit message, but doesn't take into account that the first line is often treated as the title and the rest as a body.

Suggested Solution

It would be great if there was an option to instruct the llm to produce commits in this way (first line summary, rest body)
