You mention in README.md that the Rev2.1 boards do not work.

I've found that the RST pin must be actively driven high. to allow the onboard voltage converter to work. Connecting the displays RST pin to Pin4 allows the code to work without change

@chrisdearman Oh that's interesting, thanks! I'll dig up a 2.1 board and test that and update within the next couple of days.
