  • Fixed parsing date while getting tweets
  • get_tweets got crude support of search/filter parameters (refer to Nitter search URLs for params)
  • get_tweets got proxy support
  • get_tweets now parses cards (title, description and image)
  • get_profiles got proxy support

@dgnsrekt Any chance of merging this pull request? The date parser isn't working anymore for get_tweets. This would fix it.
