Hello. I'm here from MDN. Can you add in Readme information about what browsers support OpenSearch?

Isn't that sort of thing what https://github.com/mdn/browser-compat-data is for? Unfortunately, there's not any data regarding OpenSearch descriptions there at the moment, but it still seems like the appropriate place for it.
