Feature: Archive/delete option in SDH for triggered release

SDH should have an archive/delete option to archive/delete the release-track/release for triggered release.

🎤 Pitch / Usecases

We are trying to implement SDH to manage releases on different enterprises, since this is a new feature we are trying a lot of things to and fro so we have created a lot of release-track and releases and the SDH dashboard is quite messy now but are not able to delete these release-track/release.
