When a user saves a filter, it should remain unchanged when the page reloads or when navigating to other pages. This can be achieved through URL-based filters.

Use Case:

A user should not have to reapply the filter each time they navigate to a different page or reload the page. By allowing the filter settings to be saved and applied automatically, the user can set their filters once and benefit from a consistent experience across sessions, which greatly enhances convenience and efficiency.
