Bug: App sync job taking long time for OCI registry

📜 Description

in case of OCI registry we are iterating over each tags it is taking long time to get latest tag and the job is getting killed as activeDeadLine second is exceeding

use karpenter chart or ECR or ACR registry

must work fast
