Auto reload on navigation if dashboard update should be available

👟 Reproduction steps

1. Click on reload button whenever tippy comes on every update
2. Page does not refresh sometimes

👍 Expected behavior

The dashboard page should get refreshed after every click on tippy

👎 Actual Behavior

The dashboard page isn't get refresh after click on tippy always
