User id doesn't get updated in database who updates docker build config

Describe the bug

User id doesn't get updated in database who updates docker build config

To Reproduce

1. User goes to Create an application
2. Application configuration done by same person
3. Another user updates anything in docker build config like dockerfile

Expected behavior

Database should get updated with user id who updated the docker build config

Current behavior

It keeps showing the id of user of created the application or configured build config for first time
