Not able to see which image is deployed in case of failed or progressing deployment state.

Describe the bug

Whenever my deployment is in progressing state or failed state can't see the running tag to that image with which the latest deployment triggered.

To Reproduce

Expected behavior

There should be a tag on the deployed image in case of progressing or failed state too.

Current behavior

Not able to see the running tag or anything else to deployed image.
