Entire configuration including password is logged

Is there an environment variable we can set to not log the Kafka password? At the very least is there an option to set the log level threshold above INFO so that our passwords aren't leaked into logs?

@chamilto If you're still interested, this issue should have been fixed in https://github.com/joschi/kafka-gitops/releases/tag/0.2.16.
