Settings for SDH stripping via SubtitleEdit needs to be set before use

Describe the bug The user could change the settings in the SubtitleEdit GUI for another file, project, or such and that change will take instant effect next time SubtitleEdit is used even with CLI. This can become a huge problem if the settings they set are not good, or consistent.

Expected behavior The settings file should be automatically altered with the most battle-tested settings, every time SubtitleEdit gets called.

Additional context Perhaps the Service should have an interface to set such settings to use as the settings needed can differ across services, usually quite wildly. One of the biggest problems is services using different music symbols, or the compatibility symbol '#' instead of a music symbol.
