How can we define --maintenance_fee / user for the second algorithm while dual mining?

I tried using --dmaintenance_fee / --dmaintenance_user but it's not working. Is there any way to do it for the second algorithm while dual mining ?

compile yourself or use the syntax of --maintenance_fee "percent you want to dev mine here" command.
