version 2.90 performs worse than 2.89 on LHR cards

not only this version doesn't provided any speed increase for my non lhr cards, but also i noticed it is worse on lhr cards. they were more stable at 2.89. what a disappointment...

TRUE. 2,89. 3060ti 45.5-46 Mh/s . 2.90 = 44-45 Mh/s

Give %5 more power to LHR Cards, it is even better than 289
