--cclock/--tfan option does not work

GPU : AMD 6700XT Driver Version: 21.6.1

1. --cclock option does not work as below log.

miner.exe --algo ethash --server asia1.ethermine.org:5555 --user ........... --ssl 1 --cclock 1050 --pl -35 --tfan 60 --tfan_min 40 --tfan_max 100 --logfile log.txt

It seems that the core clock option is applied just after DAG generation, but no message or clock change occurs. But, at the beginning and the end of the mining, "GPU0: core clock changed to default" message appears and it works. (when I monitor an applied max frequency on Radeon software, it changes my frequency settings to default frequency)

2. --tfan option or --fan option does not work either. It only changes a "max fan speed setting" of the Radeon software, but an actual fan speed is not changed and the fan speed is below the "max fan speed setting"

with Nvidia 3070 Gigabyte Eagle edition not working options " --tfan --tfan_max --tfan_min " when use these options the fan goes to 0%

Hi guys, same here with a RX 6600 XT card, --cclock and --mclock desn't seem to be working, "GPU0: core clock changed to default" appears but clock is set to 500MHZ automatically and is not possible to change, also memory clock is not changed at all..
