Cannot mine Cortex with EVGA 2080
Out of memory message for my 2080. Why though? I can mine with nicehash, I can mine with phoenix, but when in Gminer cortex doesn't work somehow....
any ideas?

Toss my Gigabyte RTX 2070 Super (8GB) in the ring.... GMiner works fine for other algos, like ETHASH, but not Cortex
Thank you - Will it work on Win10 with 10GB video memory, like in RTX3080, or would I have to go to RTX3090?

Should do, but it's what i've heard about 8GB on W10. You can also just use any linux based system too.

I currently have a 30gb pagefile on my boot drive, and an additional 30gb on a second M.2 drive....didn't help. I've read that WDDM eats up too much of the VRAM for an 8GB card to work in Win10, so i'm just going to build a different computer with Win7 until I can get my hands on a card with more VRAM.

I've tried win7 and ubuntu 20.04(desktop). There are still the same errors. win7 + geforece 970 ubuntu + 3060ti Any progress?
I was able to get Gminer to mine Cortex by using a usb MinerstatOS bootstick in the same machine that I couldn't use Win10 to mine on, with my 2070 Super (8GB VRAM). I dont have Win7 to test with, so I cant speak to that.
