index.html 404 for example Basic in release spring 18

I deployed the example Basic to dev org, and it does not work. Requesting for index.html always results in status 404. The requesting url is like "https://mydomain--c.container.lightning.com/lcc/1515617644000/Basic/index.html?sfdcIFrameOrigin=https%3A%2F%2Fmydomain.lightning.force.com".

Can any one suggest how I can run this example successfully?
