Add PvP Sword feature

Is your feature request related to a problem?

I wouldn’t call it a problem, but I’d love to have this feature on my server. Essentially, when a player holds the PvP Sword for 5 seconds, it would activate combat mode, allowing them to fight other players who also have combat mode enabled.

Describe alternatives you've considered

DeluxeHubReloaded has this feature, but I’d rather use Akropolis because it uses more modern tech (MiniMessage is too good). FreshSMP probably uses this plugin (or a fork of it) and has the PvP Sword feature in their lobbies if you want to check it out.
