Add de.idnow to default list

IDNow is an identity verification service by IDNow GmbH, something you'd typically use to sign up for a new online bank account without having to wait for verification by mail. While the embedded version of it works fine, the standalone app de.idnow requires an unrooted device for some reason. Thankfully, it works perfectly fine under RootCloak, so it'd be nice if it could be added to the defaults.
