论文中给出的ccpd_db中样本数量为20k，但是实际上我下载的数据集里面，ccpd_db中样本数量约为10k，请问这是怎么回事呢？

如果自己有一套数据，按照这里的数据集格式的话， 1，面积占比，角度，亮度，模糊度怎么标注呢， 2，实际上有一些大车它的车牌可能会是‘鄂A12345挂’，最后一位出现了中文，还有一些钢厂的大车车牌可能是‘钢运12345’，前两个字符是中文，这样的情况把这些汉字扩充到province字典就行？
