Move all locales to the locales folder

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Translating the app will be really tedious using the vue files after adding one or two more languages.

Describe the solution you'd like Move all locales to the currently existing locales folder.

Describe alternatives you've considered I think using the locales folder is a good solution for now... can't think on a better one, sincerely.
