Standalone service based on python-nameparser using Docker and Golang

Hi, maintainer 👋

I used Golang to package this awesome project into a standalone service, providing HTTP API and GRPC API to public use.

Based on similar ideas, perhaps this project can become a more interesting basic library, used in many projects other than Python, or even WASM running in the browser.
