Button and Link "button" variant are different

Differences:

• The link button font-weight is 500, while the button font-weight is 400
• The link text is shifted down from where it should be (it's not vertically centered within the button)
• The inline positioning is off (displaying the link button and button side-by-side shows they do not match vertically)

Font-weight should be 500 for both.

Both buttons should be aligned together (probably vertical-align: top) with the font weight for the link button matching whatever button's are.
