Describe the bug

Every time Dendron activates, which is often in non-dendron workspaces, I get a notification when it is active. This is noisy and goes against standards set by other extensions. In general, the status bar can be used if needed to show that the extension is activating or running. Additionally, users can then hide this status bar entry with a right click if they deem it unnecessary.

To Reproduce

Open a workspace with markdown with dendron installed.

The "Dendron is active" pop-up is indeed very annoying and I could not turn it off.
