cached_selectors always fail

Hi,

I really like this project, the big problem I have is that it is really expensive since every time the cached_selectors or other caching failed.

This is the logs i have :

Sleeping for 4.00 seconds 20:11:48.180 | ERROR | Timeout reached after 7.60 seconds 20:11:48.180 | INFO | Proceeding to use the find element agent to find the requested elements.

Everything work when it ask the agent but I find it quite expensive for my usecase.

Is there a way to get the cache used ?

It fail in my auth : await browser.fill("E-mail field", value="myemail.com")

(Because i can't get the auth methode working for my website.)
