Include Lights option doesn't include any lights
When I had the station option on the only lights it generated where at the end of the station, where the train had to exit. And none between the pumps. With the station option off not a single light was generated.

Mmmmm, so I'm not 100% sure why I built it this way, but regardless, lights will only generate if laser turrets are selected for defense (probably so power lines for lights don't need to be recalculated separately). If early-game lights is a large issue, I can see if I can make a work around. Another option, if you're not using turrets, select the laser turret option and just deconstruct them (or don't build them) so all that's left is the powerlines + lights.
Hmm, that workaround is good to know. I can just select lasers and then remove them from the BP before placing it. I'll keep that in mind.
