Support 2FA with pronotepy 2.14.0

  • Support malformed user URL (remove trailing /...html part before completing url)
  • Support 2FA pronote authentication with login/passwd.

Tested with login/passwd : ok

Limitation : not tested with qrCode login, probably something to finalize

Support 2FA qrCode too now. (tested ok).

No identified limitation anymore.
