Can't download train data for chapter 3

download.py doesn't work. And when I tried to go by link to train set from .md(https://github.com/delip/PyTorchNLPBook/blob/master/data/README.md): `404. That’s an error.

The requested URL was not found on this server. That’s all we know.`

What I should do for download your examples?
