May I ask what happened? I see that there is little translated material, and this one has been translated for a long time.

The translations are community initiatives and we have no control over what and how much of the documentation that is translated. We obviously prefer full and up-to-date translations of all pages, but this is a big task for a single translator, which is why we accept partial translations as well.
