studio: add a public profile page (?)

Feature Description

As Dev.to maybe we could add a public profile page for users.

It can contains the properties of the user accounts (twitter, links, name, picture) and the list of published presentations.

Once we have such page, we can link these with the cards on the main feed.

Finally it needs an option in the user settings to be able to opt in or out.

Question

What do you think about it? It's nice or not?

Should we make this an opt in or opt feature? Respectively private or public profile per default?

Same for already existing users or different? For example if we select "public default", then should the already current users be turned to true? If so, we should inform them before doing it in any case.

Another option can maybe be private and public but restricted to other registered users, kind of "private or community or public" or something.
