studio: Drawing in and over the slides

Feature Description

Regarding drawing there are two features we have to develop

  1. It should be possible to draw in the diagram template. Furthermore than being able to drop icons and gifs and images, drawing would be a big plus. The drawing should be part of the deck and therefore save in the db and published with it

  2. It is currently possible to draw over the presentation with the remote control but maybe we need to add more options and integrate it in studio, so the presenter can draw on his laptop too (useful if the presentation is proceeded remotely).
